In 2025, Angela and John Foddrill expanded their brand family and founded Baske, alongside home store Bliss and sister store Little. The two created Baske with the intention of inviting people to slow down, savor moments, and find comfort in thoughtfully designed spaces. With locations in Portland and Kennebunk, Baske offers a distinct selection of beautiful homewares, focusing on quality pieces that bring joy and purpose to everyday living. The brand embodies values of mindful living, authentic comfort, and thoughtful selection, offering customers brands and products they won’t find elsewhere.
The name Baske comes from the verb ‘to bask,’ capturing the philosophy that home should be a place where you can revel in warmth, comfort, and enjoyment. Baske features unique and carefully selected houseware brands like Business and Pleasure Co, Sunday Supply Co, Saarde, Immodest Cotton, Flamingo Estate, Bergs Potter, Rosie Jane, and more.

Little was founded in 2015 by Angela and John Foddrill, owners of women’s clothing boutique Baske since 2002. Honoring the magic of childhood, Little offers high-quality, beautifully made children’s ware that inspires joy.
